Honest speaking, its much easier than guys trying to talk to girls they like, reason being girls always like to "friend-zone" guys even if they seem happy to hang out with us. Girls always give guys wrong impression, maybe i said that cos im a guy, thats why im fending them. But nonetheless i did see girls being hurt by guys too, so yea, hope my this post might be at least of a little help, here goes ..
SMILE, a beautiful smile is contagious to a guy, especially when it comes from a girl, i swear. Key, keep eye-contact, while smiling. This keeps the tension in the air flirty and fun. Sure, it may be scary, but this will help him know how you feel.
JOKE and be FUNNY. Guys will be impressed and probably attracted to girls who are the one breaking the ice.
Shoe off YOUR PERSONALITY. Laugh occasionally at what the guy says, he'll be happy to know that you find him funny. If he enjoys the attention, he'll be more likely to hang out with you again. Remember don't just laugh at everything he say, he may find you weird or annoying.
Be NICE to him, guys don't like it when you are mean. If he's not those shy type, you can kind of tease him in a friendly, funny way given they are pretty silly themselves.
Be YOURSELF. Don't pretend to be someone you are not, for that guy. You want him to like you for who you really are, right?
Let him DO some CHASING too, meaning don't make it too easy to be with you. Guys enjoy a challenge, but don't make it too hard. Just be casual.
COMPLIMENT him. Make him feel good but don't compliment him too much, he might get cocky.
Try to strike a common topic, he will catch on and be more involved in the conversation.
Don't be depressed, never think if one guy don't like you, the rest don't too. Don't let one bad relationship take down the rest cos there's plenty of fish in the sea.
Try not to SEEM too AVAILABLE. Guy's don't like a girl that doesn't ever do anything, even if you have no plans, you may just say "oh I'll have to get back to you on that", if he asks you out for a date. Trust me, the guy wont run away.
Overall, its almost the same as my previous post. But its always so much easier for a girl to attract a guy than a guy to attract a girl. So good luck, be confident and be yourself.
