Hey guys, today i shall talk about jeans. Jeans play a big part in the wearing of both genders, they may allow guys to look hot and girls to look sexy if you wear it right.
Dating back, i still remember when i bought my first jean, they used to be none other than those thick straight cut, with a single unvaried blue color. However as we go along, more and more type of jeans were introduced. Till today, there are the normal straight cut, boot cut, skinny cut, slim cut, flare cut and lastly the loose cut, so many for you to choose from.
I shall now touch on what different cutting are and for different kind of legs. Guy jeans
Straight cuttingis slightly fitted at the thigh and knee, it drops down straight to the ankle without tapering. This fit generally suits all male body types as it skims the leg and doesn’t have a distinctive leg shape
Personally i usually do not go for straight cut, as there is other cut which suit me better, say the slim cut. Some guys like this straight cut as it actually allows you to look more man, which i agree.
Boot cut fits at the knee and gently widens at the ankle to fit naturally over boots. This fit is great for all body shapes, its favored by most guys because it slightly covers your shoes hiding the shoe laces.
Though it may allow you to hide your shoe laces, i don't really like this boot cut, as it somehow make me look 'cowboy' in it.
Skinny cuthave very tight fitting through the thigh and knee and then slightly tapers at the ankle. This fit is great for the guy with a slim and athletic build who doesn’t have overly big legs.
Despite the fact that it looks nice on slim and athletic legs, it will somehow feel a little uncomfortable as it has little space between the jean and your legs.
Slim cutfitted through the thigh and knee and then continues straight to the ankle but does not taper like a Super Skinny. This fit is great for the guy with a slim and athletic build who doesn’t have overly big legs but doesn’t want an overly tight fit like the Skinny cut.
That is the reason why i prefer slim cut, honest speaking, slim cut is rather popular among teens of age ranging from 15 to 20 plus, even when im now 22, it suits me just fine. Its nice so do have a look at slim cut jeans the next time you buy a jean. Have a break through in your choice and make yourself look hot in it.
Flare cutis a slightly fitted style which is slightly fitted through the knee and widens down to the ankle. The Flare has a following that appreciates the particular look only flares can provide.
Honest speaking, i have never tried flare cut jeans before, i somehow make me think of those jeans at 60s, those 'la ba ku', but i bet if you are planning to go to some retro themed party, this type of jeans will suit you the best, bringing out the 60s in you.
Loose cutis a relaxed slouch fit. It is loose at the thigh, knee and ankle area and does not grip the leg in any way. The loose jean is great for the guy with large thighs and a solid build.
I believe if you look slightly bigger size than the others, you may want to try this cutting, it not only will feel comfortable in it, it will also allows you to fit nicely, not over revealing weakness you want to hide from the others.
I shall carry on the same topic but for girls in my next post, so do remember to stay tuned. Don't be shy to like my post thanks.
