Hey guys I'm back, back for more sharing. Last nite, my girlfriend and I went to have dinner at Bedok market 85. Many may have thought it has closed down for renovation and will only be re-opened officially 1 year later, or heard rumors spreading about it.
I shall say its somewhat true, maybe 50 percent true. Yes, the old Bedok market 85 has been closed, but what the majority are unsure of are actually a number of vendors had forked out a sum to build a temporary food center, just behind of the original market 85.
I heard stories that cos the new temporary market 85 has been blocked from the sight of its residents, not a lot of people know about them. Some of the vendors thus complain that their business has been decreasing. Thus ya, if anyone of you guys are unsure of this, hope this may be a pleasant notice for you.
However, there's one vendor selling cockles. Their price is average, but their cockles aren't really worth the price. The cockles are not well-served. There are even "shit" in the cockles. There are so much leftovers cockles after our meal. We had to order two more bowls of "ba chor mee" to fill our stomach.
Maybe its just me, but i find the cockles a little too bloody, I cannot accept it though. There's so much blood even in the leftover shell! There's also 1 cockles showing the "shit" i mention above in the picture above.
My this post is just for the interest of my reader, no criticizing, if somehow someway anyone got offended in the process, i apologies. But do note that Bedok market 85 is still around!!! =]

Bedok maket 85!
